Jakarta (ANTARA) – Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (PN Jaksel) menggelar sidang terdakwa Nikita Mirzani dalam kasus pengancaman dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) bos perawatan kulit (skincare), Reza Gladys secara daring imbas aksi demonstrasi di Jakarta.

"Ya dilaksanakan secara daring," kata Humas Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Rio Barten kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Kamis.

Rio mengatakan agenda persidangan kali ini menghadirkan saksi ahli yang diajukan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU).

Melalui unggahan akun Instagram Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, mereka menerapkan sistem daring untuk seluruh agenda persidangan per tanggal 1-4 September 2025.

Ketentuan ini berlaku setelah mencermati situasi dan kondisi beberapa hari terakhir. Apalagi setelah maraknya demonstrasi di sejumlah daerah, termasuk Jakarta.

Sidang kasus pemerasan dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) dengan terdakwa Nikita Mirzani di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (PN Jaksel) untuk membongkar produk Reza Gladys yang tak terdaftar dalam Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).

Dakwaan yang dibacakan JPU dalam persidangan sebelumnya, disebut Nikita Mirzani mengancam bos perawatan kulit (skincare) milik dokter Reza Gladys (RGP) membayar Rp4 miliar untuk uang tutup mulut terkait produk yang dijual.

Disebutkan juga, Nikita menggunakan uang tersebut untuk membayar sisa kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR).

Berdasarkan informasi yang tertera dalam Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, perkara dengan nomor 362/Pid.Sus/2025/PN JKT.SEL telah dilimpahkan pada Selasa (17/6).

Jaksa Penuntut Umum mendakwa Nikita Mirzani dan asistennya, Ismail Marzuki dengan Pasal 45 ayat 10 huruf A dan Pasal 27B Ayat (2) dari UU ITE, sebagaimana diubah dalam UU No. 1 Tahun 2024, serta Pasal 3 UU No. 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencucian Uang, yang dikaitkan dengan Pasal 55 Ayat 1 KUHP.
